वर्तमान पूर्णकाल (Present Perfect Tense) एक विशेषकाल है जो कार्य के सम्पूर्ण होने का संकेत करता है, और जो कार्य कार्य के प्रभाव में जारी है और अभी तक संपूर्ण नहीं हुआ है। इसे हिंदी में "पूर्णित वर्तमान काल" भी कहा जाता है। यहां कुछ उदाहरण और नियम हैं:

Rules नियम:

- वर्तमान पूर्णकाल के लिए, "have" या "has" का उपयोग किया जाता है, जिसके बाद वर्तमान काल का क्रियापद (verb) की तीसरी रूपांतरण के साथ आता है।
